Where is sprouts corporate headquarters
Fear has taken over people thinking and using a reasonable thought process. Sprouts is doing the right thing. If people want to wear a mask, so be it, but please understand that those who do not cause zero threat to anyone around them.
Perhaps you will find it more comfortable shopping elsewhere for now. Never applied at sprouts in sparks they will just fire you after 90 probation period. Sam the store director will just fire you for no reason. We have a plan to partner with Sprouts for delivery service and live music for their markets!!
Especially a life-saver for our residents with the shelter in place order in California. Sprouts has implemented precautionary measures, such as restricting the number of customers admitted to the store to ensure social distancing which I appreciate as a high risk demographic. However, I was dismayed when I got to the register and informed there is a temporary NO refund policy now for any spoiled or defective purchases, which includes unopened products and vitamins.
The explanation given was the merchandise might be contaminated. Not only do I feel this policy is unfair to customers, but inconsistent across the board. I believe if Sprouts was truly concerned with spreading the virus, they would require all checkers and baggers to wear protective gloves. I requested my bagger to refrain from touching my food with her bare hands. The first filet had a distinctly bad odor so I threw it out.
I was forced to discard all of them because Sprouts refused my return. Thank you for your consideration. I have been considering how the Covid19 will impact grocery stores. I have also thought about how the customers can go to a grocery store and NOT get sick, since many people who are sick still need to get food and supplies for their families.
So, I thought that it could be really beneficial to your staff and the customers by creating a central area for people coming in sick. Would it be possible to cordon off an area with the most requested items to fight colds, viruses, etc?
Most of these items already are in one area. What would it take to put a partition like the ones used to separate refrigeration areas? Then, those who are sick can go to that area and get their products and a clerk could meet them if necessary to get a list of the other items they might need for their home and bring them back to the register. This way, you limit the exposure of people walking through passing their germs all over and you keep the staff healthy as well.
I think this would be a win-win for everyone. You might even set a trend to other grocers to adopt this line of thinking. I hope this makes sense to you. My daughter and I were there shopping with her service dog Cooper. After a few minutes into our shopping we were approached by the manager Mike Boyd. He asked if we had any documents for her service dog. That unfortunately, took me by surprise because the dog was wearing his service dog vest.
I had a quick decision to make at the time and had my daughter waiting outside with her service dog while I checked out what I had in the cart as she was on my view. According to ADA it is against the law to discriminate against people with disabilities. If you read the ADA law it is not required for someone to ask for any type of documents as long as the dog is wearing a service dog vest and is there to provide a service that is very well needed. We invested a lot of money and time for her service dog.
At least have these animals you hire speak to everybody or I am going to start making a scene in your store for their hatred towards me. Miss me with you being but hurt because I calling you people savages. Soulless white savages. Thanos… Sorry you feel that way. As my white ancestry is out of Palestine and were slaves once too. The Jews as well, and we never discuss that whole mess.
I was hoping to find out if you have any plans to open a store in Pahrump, Nv. I know I would be an avid customer. Please log in again. The login page will open in a new tab. After logging in you can close it and return to this page. Amin N. James L. Bradley S. David McGlinchey. Chief Merchandising Officer.
Dan J. Chief Operations Officer. Answer 3: Sprouts Farmers Market was founded by in. I had the worst experience at the Sprouts in Owasso Ok. This Sprouts continues to hire snarky unprofessional managers. Is this how you train your managers to deal with issues? There was a mat on the floor with a curled edge which I did not see. I tripped and went down on my left knee. I will never set foot in this store again, he never even asked if I was ok or not. I have been a customer of Sprouts for many years but I will sure change the location of the one I go to.
Thanksgiving Turkey, We ordered 2 20lb turkeys 2 weeks ago at the centennial colorado store, we were told we could leave the turkeys there and they will put our name on them to hold them. This is the 2nd year in a row this has happened. Now what do we do 1 day before thanksgiving and we need 2 20lb organic turkeys. I just wanted to let the store know so they could switch it out. I called and nobody picked up. This has become quite a mission to let a store know to check their coffee filter but when I set my mind to something..
I have written to you 3 weeks ago to be removed from all mailouts, and yet I am still getting flyers….. I want this to end or will need to report this to government appropriate entity.
I bought a container of Nancys Probiotic cottage cheese yesterday May 8th. The container date was April 19th I discovered a few minutes ago while hoping to prepare my lunch seriously!! I always check dates here because of previous bad dates however the employee was stocking the shelf at the time even handed it to me because his cart was blocking the way. Moral of story always check dates at Redlands Ca Sprouts.
I worked for sprouts in Simi Valley California for 3 years. I went from cashier, to back up scan, to head cashier to Scan Coordinator in 1 year. I worked tireless hours.
I came in anytime they called, I never called out sick, I did a lot of overnights and overtime with no complaints. Durning the fires I was out in the parking lot giving out waters and sandwiches to people evacuated with no complaints. Breathing in the smoke n ashes but I was there for the community. So December 11, sprouts decided to fire me because of 2 meal violations. One was on Thanksgiving I clocked in 30 seconds before my 30 min lunch was up because I was helping a customer.
The 2nd time was the day after and I clocked out for lunch 1 min after my 5th hour because i was the only one in my department and I was behind putting sale tags up. I loved my job, I loved my store I did so much for sprouts, to be let go over these 2 meal violations in so wrong. How is this company going to fire me for these violations and then turn around and fix the problem a week later. This is so crazy and devestating to me. Anyone know how or who please call me XXXX. We are losing a tenant of many years REI as they are building a new stand alone.
The mall is filled with alternative living eateries, 24 hour health club and more. I am being asked by many to bring a Sprouts to our market. People pay more for food in Alaska and people will always pay more.
What they want however is a healthy choice Market. The two main markets here are Carrs Safeway and Fred Meyers. They go out to dinner more than most other areas of the Country.
The cost of living is higher but so are the wages. We would love to know who to contact Thanks. Worst customer service! The management and corporate mentality does transfer to the very disposable staff. Employees at Sprouts are miserable because they are treated horribly. The corporate team that walks stores are clueless and rude. Regarding operations, Sprouts sells Mexican avocados even though the Mexican government has asked Americans to stop eating Mexican avocados because they are destroying their forests.
Sprouts should not be selling Mexican avocados or Chinese produce. Pinching pennies and treating staff badly is what Sprouts is becoming known for. Also, notice that Sprouts is now removing many brands and product lines that customers shop there for- all so that they can put in their own brand name products that are mediocre at best.
Their new cheaper coffee is disgusting. Camerons is gross, they should have stayed with Volcanic. But alas, they want to save money, not customers. Also, until they install gravity feed bulk containers, you do not want to buy in their bulk department. Other customers stick their hands in the bins, spit old shells back into the bins and basically contaminate food constantly. Too bad to see the direction Sprouts is going.
It was being taken out of a box with Asian Writing on the side. On the bottom of the box it said, Premium Broccoli. I asked the Mgr Norm if they were selling Broccoli from China.
I told him to look at the box. He did, and said he did not know, but would look into it. However, I spoke with Steve at Loomis Distributing.
Steve told me we do not get produce or neither do they distribute any produce from China. It would not be eatable once it got here. They do use these boxes to distribute produce to Asian Customers. He told me to look on the box, upper right hand corner, and it should say product of USA or Mexico. I will look for this the next time I am in the store to verify. I do not want any food stuff from China. Whole Foods got into to a mess a year or two ago. Be careful, investigate, read labels, buy Organic.
I cannot believe the way the store is going myself. I will go to their competitor which was one of his partners. What a shame the lack of caring by Sprouts is very wrong I do want to know where my produce comes from! Thank you. I have been a Sprouts customer for several years. This is the first year I ordered a Thanksgiving turkey breast dinner to take home. I was very, very disappointed!! I have been a weekly loyal customer of Sprouts in Encinitas, CA for many years.
However, during the last few months they are continually out of a certain product Cinnamon Bread. Ive asked the bakery department how often they stock this bread, I was told periodically. It use to be there every week. I contacted the company who sells the product to Sprouts and was informed that the management with Sprouts is having problems and that I can buy this product from Trader Joes fresh everyday!
Not only have they increased their prices, they have horrible customer service. I will no longer shop at Sprouts, Trader Joes now has all of my business. The sign was gone and a new sign said buy one get one free. I told the cashier about the sign from yesterday so she had a manager come over. You must remember the public has lots of stores to shop at — and I heard Whole Foods has lower prices woohoo — guess that is my go to store now. I go in every weekend. This past weekend I bought some fresh wild caught sockeye salmon.
I cooked a piece for my 2 year old the next day and the day after I was prepping to cook the other piece for my husband I noticed something moving on the surface. I fed my child this same fish the day before! I called the store immediately and was told someone will call me the next morning.
After reading your reviews I would be afraid to go to your store when you open on August 2nd in Nashville Bellevue Hope your customer service is better here and the management plus the corporate office.
